Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of smash.casino ("the Site"), operated by Softon Ltd ("we", "us", "Smash Casino") under Anjouan licence ALSI-202409012-FI1. By registering, depositing, placing a bet or otherwise using the Site, you confirm you have read, understood and accepted these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, Responsible Gaming policy and Betting Rules. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Definitions

Account
Your registered Smash Casino account.
Bonus
Any promotional credit, free spin, free bet or similar offer.
KYC
Know Your Customer identity verification.
AML
Anti-Money Laundering.
Operator / "we"
Softon Ltd.
Player / "you"
A registered Account holder.
Province
The Canadian province or territory of your residence.
Self-Exclusion
A player-initiated Account block. See our Responsible Gaming policy.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old (19 in ON, BC, NB, NS, NL, PE, MB, YT, NT, NU).
  • You must be physically located in a permitted jurisdiction at the time of play. Restricted jurisdictions are listed in clause 23.
  • You must not be self-excluded from Smash Casino or any related operator.
  • Employees of Softon Ltd, its affiliates, suppliers and their immediate families cannot register.
  • Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) must declare their status during KYC.

3. Registration & Account

  • One Account per person, household, device and IP address.
  • You must register with your full legal name, real address and personal email.
  • Multiple Accounts are grounds for closure, void of bets and forfeiture of bonus winnings.
  • Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your Account.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use: [email protected].
  • We may suspend or close your Account at our reasonable discretion. Where possible we will give notice unless prevented by law.

4. KYC & AML Verification

Before your first withdrawal — and at any time we deem necessary — we will request: government-issued photo ID; proof of address dated within the last 3 months; proof of payment method ownership; selfie verification; and source-of-funds documents for high-value transactions. Failure to complete verification within 30 days of request will result in a withdrawal block and may lead to Account closure with funds held pending compliance review.

5. Deposits

  • Deposits must be from a payment method registered in your own name.
  • Third-party deposits will be reversed, and any winnings generated from them may be voided.

  • Deposited funds must be wagered at least once on real-money games before withdrawal (an AML requirement).
  • Approved methods for Canadian players: Interac e-Transfer, iDebit, Instadebit, Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, MuchBetter, AstroPay, MiFinity, and select cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC). Methods are subject to change — see the in-product Cashier for the current list.

6. Withdrawals

  • Minimum withdrawal: [Placeholder: C$100]. Maximum withdrawal: [Placeholder: C$10,000 per transaction; C$50,000 per week] unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  • Withdrawals are processed within 24–72 hours after KYC approval (e-wallet and crypto are typically faster than card or bank transfer).
  • We will use the same method (or its closest equivalent) used for deposit, in compliance with AML rules.
  • Pending withdrawals can be reversed by the player while in "Pending" state. We strongly discourage reversals — they extend processing time and can indicate problem-play behaviour.
  • Inactive Account fee: if no login for 12 consecutive months, a fee of [Placeholder: C$10 / month] may apply to any remaining balance until the balance reaches zero or activity resumes.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

  • Each bonus has specific terms displayed when claimed. Bonus terms supersede these general Terms where they differ.
  • Default wagering: 40× on bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
  • Default maximum bet while a bonus is active: [Placeholder: C$5 per spin / C$10 per hand].
  • Default maximum win from a no-deposit or free-spin bonus: [Placeholder: C$100].
  • Bonus abuse — including multi-accounting, low-risk betting on roulette / blackjack, collusion or arbitrage — voids all bonus winnings and may result in Account closure.
  • Default game weighting: slots 100%, table games 10%, live casino 10%, jackpot slots excluded (see promo terms for exceptions).
  • Bonus expiry: 7 days from credit unless stated otherwise.

8. Fair Play & Cheating

  • All games use audited Random Number Generators (RNGs) — outcomes cannot be predicted or influenced by the player or by Smash Casino.
  • Bots, scripts, automation tools, multi-accounting and odds-arbitrage are prohibited.
  • Collusion at multi-player tables (e.g. live poker) is prohibited and grounds for immediate closure.
  • We use anti-fraud software including device fingerprinting, IP analytics, and behavioural-pattern detection.

9. Errors & Malfunctions

  • Where a game malfunctions, the round is voided and stakes refunded. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is published on each game by the supplier.
  • Where a credit error favours the player, we may reverse the credit and any resulting wins.
  • Where an error favours Smash Casino, we will correct the player's balance promptly.

10. Inactive Accounts

After 12 months of no login or transaction, your Account is flagged "inactive". After 30 months we may permanently close the Account in line with AML rules. We will send email reminders before closure, and any remaining balance will be returned via a verified payment method where possible.

11. Closing Your Account

  • You can close your Account any time via Account → Settings → Close Account or by emailing [email protected].
  • Withdrawable balance is paid out to a verified method.
  • Closed Accounts cannot be reopened — you would need to register a new Account, subject to eligibility.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on smash.casino — logos, graphics, game art, written content, source code — is owned by Softon Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright law. You may not copy, redistribute, frame, scrape or reverse-engineer any part of the Site without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial use of the Site for placing bets is the only licence granted.

14. Privacy & Data

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with PIPEDA, Quebec Law 25 and other applicable Canadian laws.

16. Communications

  • Service emails (transactional, KYC, Account security) are mandatory and cannot be opted out of while you hold an Account.
  • Marketing communications require opt-in and can be opted out of at any time.
  • You agree to receive electronic notices as the primary communication channel.

17. Liability & Disclaimers

  • Smash Casino is provided "as is". We make no warranties about uninterrupted service or specific results.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smash Casino is not liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages.
  • Where liability cannot be excluded, our maximum total liability to you for any claim is the amount of your Account balance at the time of the event giving rise to the claim, plus C$500.

18. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control — natural disaster, government action, cyber-attack, telecommunications failure, war or pandemic. During a force majeure event, performance is suspended for the duration of the event.

19. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Smash Casino, its affiliates and staff against any third-party claim arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Site, or your violation of applicable law.

20. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, please follow the three-step path below:

  • Step 1. Contact [email protected]. Most issues are resolved within 72 hours.
  • Step 2. If not satisfied, escalate to [email protected] with full details. A senior representative will respond within 14 days.
  • Step 3. If still unresolved, you may escalate to the licensing authority — Anjouan Gaming (ALSI) — via the regulator's published complaints channel. Canadian players in regulated provinces may also have access to provincial dispute-resolution bodies (e.g. iGaming Ontario, where applicable).

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes are notified by email and an in-product banner at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Site after the change date constitutes acceptance. Previous versions are available on request.

22. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any clause of these Terms is held unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining clauses remain in full force. These Terms — together with the Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, Responsible Gaming policy, Betting Rules and any bonus terms — constitute the entire agreement between you and Smash Casino.

23. Restricted Jurisdictions

24. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Anjouan (Comoros). Canadian players retain any mandatory consumer-protection rights of their province of residence. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Anjouan.
